Some persons try to help you, but some of doesn't have any idea about his/her job.
Housekeeping service was not good. A lot of receptionists work there, sometimes they confuse about her/his job.
Location is good, beds are old. Housekeeping not very well. Personals try to help you.

TV did not work upon arrival, but fixed upon call to front desk.

I cannot say enough about the fabulous experience my daughter and I had during our stay at the Hotel Marlowe. From the moment we stepped through the front door, we were in awe of the beautifully exquisite and eclectic decor. This hotel has managed to achieve the perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The hotel staff was very personable, knowledgeable and helped us navigate our way around the city, and made excellent recommendations for dining, shopping, entertainment and sightseeing.
